ISP Terminal Narrative Study
Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) recently held a public workshop to discuss future terminal/concourse alternatives for the replacement of the existing West Concourse. The workshop was held in the Main Terminal Building – Art Gallery on June 22 from 3PM-7PM.
Comments were collected at the workshop; however, those who were unable to attend have the opportunity to download and submit the questionnaire directly to the Airport. Please click on the icons above to view the presentation or download/submit the questionnaire.
The existing West Concourse is a 1990’s prefabricated building that has outlived its lifecycle and is often overcrowded. The primary objectives for this study include: accommodate modern commercial service aircraft, enhance the passenger experience, increase gate capacity, enhance operational and functional efficiency, and plan for 20-year future.
