Starting Monday, April 1st, the Town of Islip Department of Environmental Control will be offering free paper yard waste bags at various locations while supplies last. Bags can be picked up during normal business hours at the MacArthur Composting Facility, Town Hall West Front Entrance, and the Multipurpose Recycling Facility.
