July 26th, 2019 – Town of Islip continued its year-long 335th Birthday celebration with Town of Islip Night at Thursday's LI Ducks game. Supervisor Angie Carpenter threw out the first-pitch.

Islip Town Harbormasters Patrol the Great South Bay

July 23rd, 2019 – Town of Islip Harbormasters are on the water, reminding residents of safe boating requirements. Harbormasters were seen on patrol this weekend in the Great South Bay and ancillary waters enforcing boating rules and regulations.

July 18th, 2019 – Children of all ages are keeping cool in the Town of Islip, at Clemente, Byron Lake, Casamento and Hidden Pond pools, as a heat wave takes hold along the east coast.

July 16, 2019 – Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter was joined by members of the Islip Town Board who together, recognized Town of Islip Harbormasters Dan Offermann and Bob Beck for their heroism during a June storm that left boaters stranded and tens of thousands of residents without power.
