Join us for a valuable health and wellness event hosted to support Veterans and their families! This FREE Open House will take place on Saturday, May 17th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Brookwood Hall Ballroom, on 50 Irish Lane. Light breakfast and lunch will be served.

Improper disposal of household hazardous waste can be harmful to our environment and community. To ensure potentially hazardous and harmful substances are handled safely and disposed of correctly, residents should bring Household Hazardous Waste directly to our Multi-Purpose Recycling Facility. To help facilitate this, each Spring the Town offers one special Saturday drop-off day (S.T.O.P. Day), in addition to facility's usual operating hours of Monday through Friday, from 7:00am–2:30pm.

This year, S.T.O.P. Day will be hosted on Saturday, May 17th, 2025 from 9:00am–2:00pm.

The Town is hosting art workshops for neurodivergent adults ages 16 and over to learn new art skills and explore creativity in a safe space. Led by instructor Linda Weingarten, classes will be on Tuesday, April 22nd and Wednesday, May 28th at 1:00 pm, held at Gillette House in Sayville. All are welcome!
