November 25th, 2020 – Families throughout the Town of Islip will sit down to a traditional Thanksgiving dinner Thursday, thanks to the combined efforts of Islip Food for Hope, the Supervisor’s office and various Town departments.

November 17th, 2020 – Medical professionals from American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care – Long Island) joined with Town of Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter and Long Island MacArthur Airport Commissioner Shelley LaRose-Arken to present a new COVID-19 testing appointment system conducted at MacArthur Airport designed to minimize quarantine and take some of the stress out of travel while keeping New York healthy.

October 27th, 2020 – Today, Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter and NYS Assemblyman Phil Ramos announced plans to upgrade Vazquez Park in Brentwood with a new playground structure and swings, the result of a $125,000 DASNY grant secured by Assemblyman Ramos.
May 26th, 2020 – Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter attended several Memorial Day remembrance ceremonies throughout the Town Monday.
