Veterans Day Outreach & Screening Event Flyer GSUH 2024 V4 DGTL

On Veterans Day Catholic Health Good Samaritan University Hospital honors our military heroes with a special outreach and screening event. From 10am-2pm, veterans and active duty service members can receive free health screenings, meal vouchers from Texas Roadhouse, food assistance through Long Island Cares Veterans Project, and military branded caps, at 502 Commack Road location in Deer Park.
