– Town of Islip employees went above and beyond this holiday season, giving generously to the 2024 Salvation Army Angel Tree Program. Town staff adopted more than 60 “Angels,” and carefully selected toys, bicycles, dolls, games and more from each child’s wish list. Gifts were bundled, labeled and taken back to Salvation Army headquarters in Northport, where they’ll be distributed to families in need.
