  Bay Shore Downtown Parking

  • Parking fees in effect all year long (in numbered stalls only).
  • Hourly, Daily & Permit parking available.
  • Express 15 minute FREE parking available on Main Street.
  • All lots are FREE until 6PM on weekdays.
  • Pay-By-Cell Phone available.

  • Parking fees in effect May 1 to September 30.
  • Marina entry fee will no longer be required.
  • Short and long term parking will be available.
  • Pay-By-Cell Phone available.
  • Recreation card holders will not be subject to parking fees.
  • Boat slip permit patrons will not be subject to parking fees but are required to park in the designated boat permit parking stalls.
  • Boat trailer permit holders will not be subject to parking fees – all other ramp users must use pay station.

  • BSR permits free to park only in Bay Shore Back Lots

How to use the Parking Meter:

 

1. Park your car and REMEMBER YOUR SPACE NUMBER

2. WALK TO ANY PAY STATION (All Pay Stations work for all Spaces)

3. USE KEYPAD to ENTER SPACE NUMBER

4. You can PAY with COINS or CREDIT CARD (Paper Bills Not Accepted)

5. Follow instructions on screen to PURCHASE DESIRED PARKING TIME

6. MACHINE WILL DISPENSE RECEIPT

7. KEEP RECEIPT WITH YOU - The receipt will display your parking expiration time!

8. Proceed to your destination - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DISPLAY THE RECEIPT ON YOUR DASHBOARD - TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE
