Councilman Cochrane stands with fellow  Veterans

May 29th,2019– Town Councilman John C. Cochrane, Jr. recently met with Nassau County American Legion Member and Past-Commander, Edward G. Aulman and Former Suffolk County VFW Commander and VFW Brentwood Commander, Sabrina Lacey, at Cablevison’s Hauppauge studio, during a taping of the United Veterans Organization of Nassau County’s Veteran’s News.

Councilman Cochrane, a retired USN Captain shared firsthand, his experiences serving in the Nation’s military, and discussed the many government services and programs available to Veterans at both the Town level and beyond. Nassau County Legislator, Lt. Col. William Gaylor III was also interviewed on the new program, which aims to engage local veterans on the issues relevant to them.
