Most evenings run from 4:00–6:00 PM and offer a Grab & Go meal, with two special sit-down events: a St. Patrick's Day Dinner on March 19 and an Easter Brunch with Egg Hunt on April 5. In honor of Irish heritage, Islip Town and the Ancient Order of Hibernians will be hosting our annual St. Patrick's Day Cupola Lighting ceremony, taking place Monday, March 16th at 4:00 pm at Town Hall 655 Main Street.

All are welcome to join us as we celebrate by lighting the Town Hall cupola green!
