July 15th, 2019 – The LONG ISLAND RAIL ROAD has announced grade crossing rehabilitation work scheduled on LIRR's Montauk Branch in Bay Shore on Tuesday, July 16th from 7AM - 6PM. The Saxon Avenue Crossing will be rehabilitated and closed to road traffic. While work is in progress, vehicles will be directed to use Brentwood Road for alternate access.
