May 28th, 2019 – Taps played in the background, as eight West Islip High School graduates were remembered for their sacrifice at a Vietnam Memorial dedicated on school grounds in their honor.

Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter attended the touching Memorial Day tribute, along with area veterans.
