Improper disposal of household hazardous waste can be harmful to our environment and community. To ensure potentially hazardous and harmful substances are handled safely and disposed of correctly, residents should bring Household Hazardous Waste directly to our Multi-Purpose Recycling Facility. To help facilitate this, each Spring the Town offers one special Saturday drop-off day (S.T.O.P. Day), in addition to facility's usual operating hours of Monday through Friday, from 7:00am–2:30pm.

This year, S.T.O.P. Day will be hosted on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 9:00am–2:00pm.

Be sure to Download and complete the S.T.O.P. Day form prior to the event, and bring it with you on Saturday, May 20th. See below for a list of acceptable items, or review the form via the download link above.
