The Town of Islip invites you to plunge into the icy waters
of The Great South Bay on Saturday, April 18th, for the annual Polar Bear Splash benefitting AHRC Suffolk. The event will kick off at 10:00am at the Bay Shore Marina, with registration beginning at 9:00am.
Those bold enough to tread the frigid waters can download a registration form via www.islipny.gov.
All proceeds will go to AHRC Suffolk, a non-profit organization providing support and services to people with intellectual and other development abilities. To learn more visit www.ahrcsuffolk.org/splash20
Unlimited Yard Waste Collection will run for 5 weeks from April 20th through May 23rd. Please refer to your seasonal mailing card or the Town’s Information Dashboard for your spring yard waste collection day and eligibility requirements.”
