August 25th, 2021Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter and Councilwoman Mary Kate Mullen recently attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newest 7-Eleven in Sayville. The grand opening was attended by members of the Suffolk County Police Department, new 7-11 owners, their family members and staff of the new location.

Supervisor Angie Carpenter stands with James Bowers and Julia McGibbon from the Town of Islip Community Development Agency joined to discuss the emergency rental program offered to help residents of the Town.

August 18th, 2021 Islip Town Supervisor, Angie Carpenter was joined by the Town of Islip Community Development Agency Executive Director, James Bowers and Julia MacGibbon, CDA Assistant Director, to discuss the Town’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) for residents and businessowners financially impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Councilman John C. Cochrane Jr. holds up a citation for Estelle, a 102 year old veteran of the US Army.

August 12th, 2021 Islip Town Councilman John C. Cochrane Jr. attended the birthday celebration for Estelle Kaczanowski, who this year turned 102 years old. Estelle is a lifelong resident of West Islip, born August 11, 1919, and was part of the Babylon High School Class of 1937.
