The "senior send-off" at the West Islip high school was an opportunity for administrators and teachers to recognize the students, and distribute lawn signs for the graduating class of 2020.
April 30th, 2020 – Islip High School teachers, boardmembers and administrators rode in a cavalcade of 70 cars throughout the hamlet of Islip Tuesday, to reconnect with their colleagues and students. The parade of 70 staff members drove for three hours through neighborhood streets, escorted by an Islip fire truck.
