Islip Town Harbormasters Patrol the Great South Bay

July 23rd, 2019 – Town of Islip Harbormasters are on the water, reminding residents of safe boating requirements. Harbormasters were seen on patrol this weekend in the Great South Bay and ancillary waters enforcing boating rules and regulations.

Supervisor Carpenter and the Islip Town Board, stand side by side with Islip Atlantique Marina Dock Master Frank Franzone, and Dock Attendants Conner Dennehy and Tyler Vogt holding their certificates of recognition.

July 16, 2019 – Town of Islip Atlantique Marina Dock Master Frank Franzone, and Dock Attendants Conner Dennehy and Tyler Vogt were honored at Tuesday's Town Board meeting for keep boaters and beach goers safe during a devastating storm that struck Long Island June 30th.

Supervisor Carpenter and the Islip Town Board, along with Tony Prudenti, Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety stand side by side with the harbormasters holding their certificates of recognition.

July 16, 2019 – Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter was joined by members of the Islip Town Board who together, recognized Town of Islip Harbormasters Dan Offermann and Bob Beck for their heroism during a June storm that left boaters stranded and tens of thousands of residents without power.

July 12th, 2019 – Kids with a passion for golf are enjoying Town of Islip's Golf Camp at Gull Haven Golf Course this week. The weather was picture perfect for a round of golf at the beautiful 18 hole course in Central Islip. Town of Islip Counselors, (in blue) helped campers develop their stroke on a Friday morning.
