July 12th, 2019 – Kids with a passion for golf are enjoying Town of Islip's Golf Camp at Gull Haven Golf Course this week. The weather was picture perfect for a round of golf at the beautiful 18 hole course in Central Islip. Town of Islip Counselors, (in blue) helped campers develop their stroke on a Friday morning.

July 2nd, 2019– Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter, Town officials and lifeguards came together at Roberto Clemente Pool Tuesday to remind residents of key pool and beach safety tips as residents head to the water to enjoy the extended July 4th holiday weekend.

June 20th,2019 – NYPD Retired Transit Chief Joseph Fox continued his leadership training Wednesday with members of the Town of Islip Public Safety Division. Fox focused on 10 objectives from team building, motivation, listening and communication to different leadership styles.
