Forms, Permits and Applications

The Division of Fire Prevention investigates violations of Islip Town Codes and enforces the Fire Codes of the State of New York. This may include, but is not limited to issuances of Hazardous Storage Permits, Public Assembly, Fireworks and Tent Permits. This office also responds and works with local Fire Departments, Islip Town Hazmat, and local Law Enforcement.

Permits: Multiple Use Rentals, Multiple Family Rentals, Tents, Combustible Storage, Hazardous Materials, Co-ops & Condo Rentals, Fire Systems/Tank Permits, Public Assembly, Certificate of Fitness LPG, and Open Burning/Bonfires.
