We are pleased to announce that in partnership with New York State we have been able to secure a limited quantity of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. It is important to note that this particular opportunity is only for Town of Islip residents OVER 50, no exceptions.

The location of the appointments will be at the Ceasar Trunzo Senior Center in Brentwood, located at 16 2nd Avenue in Brentwood.
