Now through May 31st, the Town of Islip is partnering with LI Cares’ Baxter’s Food Pantry to collect animal food and treats for residents unable to provide for their pets. Pet items being collected may include dry dog and cat food; canned dog and cat food; cat litter; treats; toys; and food for smaller animals including reptile, fish, ferrets and hamsters.

Donations can be brought to Islip Town Hall located at 655 Main St. or at Islip Town Hall West located at 401 W. Main St.
