Suffolk County OEM has put out a statement notifying of a cold air mass moving into Suffolk County tonight, into Saturday morning. Temperatures are expected to drop below 20 degrees by daybreak, with wind chills plunging into the single digits. There is a chance of snow showers Saturday afternoon into the early evening, with light accumulation. Saturday night temperatures will remain around freezing. Sunday will bring partly sunny skies with temperature highs rebounding near the mid-forties.
