February 13th, 2020 – Winter Break arrives next week! Give your child the
opportunity to unplug from their devices with a variety of
programs and activities that are sure to entertain, challenge
and inspire.
Our Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs have
put together a full schedule of programs for children of all
ages, including: Preschool Imagination Days (3–6 years);
Mystery solvers workshop (K-5th); Painting the Day Away painting classes (K–5th); and
S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts,
Mathematics) activities (K–5th).

In addition, Youth Enrichment Services, in coordination with the Town Youth Bureau, will be hosting a Vacation Academy from 8:00am – 6:00pm, Tuesday through Friday.
Registration is $125. Those interested can register at the West Islip Community Center located at 90 Higbie Lane, between the hours of 11:00am – 1:00pm.
