July 26th, 2021 – The Islip Town Small Fry Camp celebrated the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo with a Kiddie Olympics at the Cape Cod Small Fry Summer Camp in East Islip. Campers participated in several events including a sponge race, javelin throw, water balloon toss, and egg relay race. Each camper was awarded a medal for participating in the events.
“The counselors at our Town of Islip summer camps take great pride in offering engaging activities and programming to our campers. These Kiddie Olympics are a shining example of what the Town of Islip has to offer,” said Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter.
