August 12, 2021 – Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter recently attended a luncheon to recognize and thank summer interns in the Town's Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs who are leaving for college.
"Our summer interns play a key role in the day to day operations of our busy Parks and Recreation Department, and are a valuable asset to the team," said Islip Supervisor, Angie Carpenter. "We wish them well during the coming school year, and look forward to their return next summer," she added.
