September 16th, 2021 – Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter joined officials from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip for a groundbreaking ceremony, making way for the law school’s newest academic center. The facility will house classrooms, offices and the William Randolph Hearst Public Advocacy Center.
“Touro College is an invaluable asset to the region,” said Supervisor Angie Carpenter. “Students from across Long Island and beyond enroll in Touro’s classes which are taught by some of the most highly respected educators in the field. We look forward to the ribbon cutting of this new Touro asset,” added Supervisor Carpenter.
