October 28th, 2022 – Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter joined with Touro University President Dr. Alan Kadish, Executive Vice President Rabbi Moshe Krupka, Touro administrative staff, students and state and federal officials, to celebrate the expansion of Touro's new Long Island campus.
With the addition of Touro's newly-constructed building, this campus brings together the Law School, the School of Health Sciences and the School of Graduate Education, and will offer multiple opportunities to students and faculty for interdisciplinary collaboration. The debut of the new LI campus is one of many milestones as Touro celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, including the granting of University status, the opening of a New PsyD program at the Touro School of Health Sciences, the launching of a new medical school in Montana and the affiliation of a research facility in New Mexico.
