February 15th, 2023 – Islip Town Hall was a filled with love on Valentine's Day, as 16 brides and grooms exchanged their wedding vows before family and friends Tuesday.

Islip Town Hall offers extended hours on February 14th, in order to meet the popular demand of exchanging vows on the day known for expressing love.

The day is named for St. Valentine. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs." The Town of Islip offers its Congratulations to all the happy newlyweds!

As a reminder, all couples married at Town Hall throughout the month of February can enter our "Love Birds Take Flight, Charleston, Giveaway," where one lucky couple will win FREE tickets, courtesy of Breeze Airways at Long Island MacArthur Airport to Charleston, SC.
