May 25th, 2023 – The opening of Shrimpy's Burrito Bar's newest location was celebrated with a ribbon cutting. Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter was on hand in East Islip for the festivities at 322 E. Main St. in the Pat's Supermarket Shopping Center.
