Councilman Cochrane stands with fellow Veteran at Dog Tag Run

June 14th, 2019 – Islip Town Councilman John C. Cochrane, Jr. recently visited Gardiner County Park in West Bay Shore, to rally in support for the 3rd Annual Dog Tag Run hosted by Mission 22. The 2.2 mile run/walk is an annual event that aims to combat Veteran suicide and raise awareness of Veterans’ PTSD issues.

Mission 22 is a non-profit organization offering treatment programs to Veterans for Post-Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury and other issues. To learn more about Mission 22, visit www.mission22.com.
