September 11th, 2023 – The 5th annual Town of Islip SeaFest took place Saturday at the Bay Shore Marina. Hundreds turned out to enjoy music by Modern Justice; pony rides; petting zoo; Under the Sea children's section; vendors featuring handcrafted items and gifts; seafood; food trucks; craft beer and more. Admission is always free.

"A special thanks to our Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs staff for organizing this incredible event, and to our Public Safety team for keeping our events running smoothly," said Supervisor Angie Carpenter.

"This FREE festival is fun for the entire family. Being alongside the Great South Bay, enjoying delicious food and music with family and friends is a special experience," said the Supervisor.
