June 12th, 2020 – Town of Islip Recreation Centers hosted 7 Honk, Wave and Beep!! car parades recently, saluting its L.E.A.P. Elementary School students and Pre-K students.
Teachers were delighted to reconnect with their students, and distributed graduation gifts to all, while maintaining social distancing and wearing face coverings.
Town of Islip L.E.A.P is a school-age child care facility which provides day care services for all children. L.E.A.P. is Elementary School grades K-5 (6th in some schools), Pre-K is ages 2-4.
