Early Risers Enjoy Yoga Along the Great South Bay

July 18th, 2020 – Come down to one of Town of Islip's beautiful Bay beaches for Yoga on the Beach.

Enjoy sunrise yoga from 6 am to 7 am or sunset yoga from 7 pm to 8 pm.
