PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 2, 2024, at 5:30 pm , in compliance with the provisions and requirements of New York State Town Law Section 174(2) , and pursuant to public notice previously given and published , the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Holbrook Fire District convened its public Organizational Meeting for 2024 at headquarters located at 390 Terry Boulevard, 390 Terry Boulevard, Holbrook, New York 11741 with all Commissioners in attendance.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE at the Organizational Meeting among other business conducted a Motion was made by Commissioner Joseph Patton to have monthly public Board meetings at headquarters on the first Thursday following the second Tuesday of each month starting at 5:30 PM, and an additional meeting (as needed) to be held on the last Monday of each month, also starting at 5:30PM. The motion was 2nd by Commissioner Neil Heffernan and unanimously approved by the Board as Resolution #21-24.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that by virtue of the unanimous resolution of the Holbrook Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners the monthly public meetings of the Board shall take place at headquarters on the established dates and at the established time of 5:30 p.m. subject to any further additional or special public meeting of the Board that may be convened on notice , and that the meeting dates so established by the Resolution are as follows:
