- PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY who are looking to obtain a copy of their tax bill, please visit https://tax.islipny.gov/ and create/log into your account. You can print a copy here or visit us in person to obtain a copy.
- FOR NON-PROPERTY OWNERS, there is a $5.00 p/parcel fee for a copy of a tax bill. If you are requesting multiple parcels, you can mail 1 check (made payable to ANDY WITTMAN – Receiver of Taxes) for the total amount of the parcels or a separate check for each parcel (your choice). Please note on the check and/or any paperwork submitted;
- (a) either the tax map number and/or item number associated with the parcel(s) you are submitting payment for AND
- (b) the property address AND
- (c) contact information, name & direct telephone number of the person submitting the request
- PLEASE NOTE: Our office does not accept UPS/FEDEX/CERTIFIED from June 15 through December 10. During that time, please send all requests through USPS.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you are a mortgage company, financial institution, attorney, title company, etc. and are working on behalf of the owner, you are still considered a 3rd Party and are subject to the $5.00 duplicate bill fee.
If the submitted paperwork does not include ALL of the above items (a, b & c), your request will be denied and all submitted paperwork will be mailed back to you. You must also include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with the correct postage. For any questions and/or clarification, please call our office.
