December 28th, 2020 – New York State Department of Transportation's
(NYSDOT) Priority Surface Treatment projects (PIN 0810.37, 0810.27, 0810.36), have now entered the design
phase of development. The proposed pavement work will enhance safety and
mobility of the motorists by providing a smooth riding surface, improve overall highway safety and mobility while reducing future maintenance costs, as well as install
and/or upgrade sidewalk curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
requirements.
The
Construction phase of these projects are tentatively scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2021. Start dates may vary among each location within these projects.
