A digital meeting was held Wednesday May, 19th at 5:00 pm over Zoom, regarding the extension of the sewer district along Carleton Avenue in Central Islip. This sewer project is in furtherance of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
In order for the property owners and residents to understand the effects of sewer construction; the costs; the potential disruption to traffic and the potential benefits, the County and the Town made a presentation at a zoom meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 5:00pm.

Unfortunately, public health covid concerns limit the number of people who can gather indoors; therefore, a general in-person meeting was not possible. Recognizing these concerns, Town officials have made themselves available before and after the zoom meeting to address individual questions. Please call Constituent Services, at 631-224-5380. If these representatives are unable to help you, they will refer your question to the appropriate Town or County official.
