April 13th, 2023 – Children of all ages, and those young at heart, are enjoying Sayville's newest playground at Sayville Marina Park. Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter; Councilman James P. O'Connor; Councilman John M. Lorenzo; Tom Owens, Commissioner Town of Islip Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs and Deirdre Wahlberg, Deputy Commissioner, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs joined with local residents to cut the ribbon at the new facility along the picturesque Great South Bay.

April 13th, 2023 – Players, parents, family and friends gathered for the WI Little League’s Annual Opening Day festivities! Hundreds turned out to enjoy food, bounce houses, face painting, music and the Parade of the Players. Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter was joined by local elected officials and representatives from the American Legion.
